Infiltrated in the Bunker premieres worldwide on Prime Video

The official trailer has been released for the new Prime Video original documentary, Infiltrated in the Bunker, ahead of its global premiere today. The feature-length film, directed by Pablo de la Chica, will be available exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories.

Infiltrated in the Bunker tells the story of Carlota Saorsa (a pseudonym), a lone wolf who sacrificed everything to expose the harsh reality she experienced over two years inside an animal testing laboratory.

Her investigation, which she came to refer to as “the bunker”, resulted in hundreds of hours of hidden-camera footage that reveal the practices taking place inside the lab. The documentary unfolds as a thriller, chronicling the longest infiltration of a pharmaceutical laboratory in the world, while shedding light on a pressing social debate: the use of animals in scientific experimentation.

The film features real footage from the infiltration and faithfully recreates director Pablo de la Chica’s interview with Carlota Saorsa, a protected witness. Actress Goize Blanco portrays Carlota as the narrative anchor of the story. This structure immerses the viewer in Carlota’s risky and sacrificial journey, revealing the deep conviction that drives her to expose herself to grave danger in order to denounce a cause she so deeply believes in.

The documentary is written, directed, and produced by Pablo de la Chica, and executive produced by Marias Recarte, Rosaura Romero, David Casas Riesco, and Fernando Lueches. Infiltrated in the Bunker is an Amazon MGM Studios production in collaboration with Salon Indien Films and En Cero Coma, a Fremantle label.
