Leading London-based production company Dancing Ledge Productions hires Lotte Beasley Mestriner as Executive Producer for expanding Drama department.
Dancing Ledge Productions, a Fremantle company, announced today that Lotte Beasley Mestriner is joining the team as Executive Producer. Lotte was Executive Producer of Dancing Ledge’s acclaimed first series of the Channel 4 Comedy Big Mood, written by Camilla Whitehill and starring Nicola Coughlan and Lydia West. A vivacious and rebellious portrayal of female friendship when infiltrated by the complexities of a serious mental illness, Big Mood had a highly successful international reception, including premiering on Tubi in the USA and Canada, on Stan in Australia and on Channel 4 in the UK.
Before joining the company, Lotte executive produced four series of Irish writer/director Peter Foott’s hit comedy The Young Offenders for the BBC and RTE. Prior to producing, Lotte worked for eleven years with top-flight talent at Casarotto Ramsay & Associates where she represented film and television writers and directors. Her creative vision and production expertise will play a pivotal role as Dancing Ledge continues to expand its team to deliver its slate of compelling content.

In 2024, the company announced the appointment of Fatima Salaria as a Factual and Factual Drama EP. Salaria joined the company from Naked Television, where she held the role of Managing Director of UK Production Company. Prior to that Fatima was Channel 4 Head of Specialist Factual and Commissioning Editor for Religion and Ethics at the BBC. Fatima is also the Executive Chair of the Edinburgh TV Festival and an industry mentor.
