Trey Durst has been announced as Director, Distribution for Fremantle International, US.
Reporting to Lisa Honig, Senior EVP Distribution North America, Durst, who will be based in New York, will focus on Fremantle’s growing AVOD and FAST business as well as have responsibilities for, and key clients across, Fremantle’s traditional lines of business.
On his appointment Honig commented: “With his wealth of knowledge and relationships in the emerging FAST channel marketplace and his ability to navigate the ever-evolving landscape here in the US, Trey is perfectly placed to help grow Fremantle’s commercial interests, building brands and matching partners and audiences with our high-quality programming. Absolutely thrilled to have him on board.”

Durst joins Fremantle, one of the world’s largest and most successful creators, producers and distributors of Entertainment, Drama & Film and Documentaries, from FilmRise, the largest independently owned AVOD streaming network and provider of digital streaming, where he held the role of VP, Digital Content Programming.
